By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost to the customer. -
Non-defective returns (size, preference, or change of mind):
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not charge restocking fees.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If a replacement item is unavailable, the return will be processed as a refund.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
8. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval status.

10. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.
