Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed within the United States.
It is intended to clearly explain our shipping procedures and delivery expectations.
By placing an order with Olirk, you agree to the terms outlined below.


A. Shipping Costs

  • Orders $49.99 and up: Free Shipping

  • Orders $0.00 – $49.99: Flat Shipping Fee of $12.99

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


B. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

D. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods.


E. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship orders using trusted national carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier is automatically selected based on delivery location and service availability to provide the most reliable delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.


F. Delivery Terms

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Some carriers may have limitations delivering to P.O. Boxes depending on the service used.

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on availability.


G. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Address changes may be requested before an order enters fulfillment.
Once processing or shipment has begun, the address cannot be modified.

H. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once processing or shipment has started, the order can no longer be canceled and must follow the Return & Refund Policy after delivery.


I. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team promptly.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, once confirmed, provide a replacement or refund where applicable.


J. Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout based on state regulations.
You will not be charged additional duties upon delivery.
